Temporary facilities
emporary facilities play a pivotal role in the construction industry, serving as essential components that facilitate the execution of projects efficiently. These facilities are designed to meet the specific needs of a construction site during its various phases. They encompass a wide range of structures, including on-site offices, storage containers, portable toilets, and equipment enclosures. These facilities provide a central hub for project management, offering a space for planning, communication, and coordination among team members.
Tape & Jointing
Taping and jointing is a meticulous finishing process within the realm of interior construction and surface preparation, which entails the meticulous covering and reinforcement of the junctions and seams that emerge between individual sheets of plasterboard adorning walls or ceilings. It serves the primary purpose of rendering the plasterboard surface impeccably ready for subsequent decorative treatments. It is an alternative to the traditional skim coating, wherein a uniform and ultra-thin layer of plaster is applied over the entire plasterboard surface. Taping and jointing, in contrast, addresses only the specific junctions and seams, presenting an efficient and nuanced approach to achieving a seamless and aesthetically refined surface.
Plastering
Plastering is something we encounter in many construction projects, and there are different kinds of plastering techniques, each with its own way of mixing and application. So, it's important to know which type is right for your particular project. This guide will walk you through the plastering process, giving you clear and detailed instructions, even if you're not an expert in construction.
Decking
Decking construction is essential aspects of building projects. Floors are crafted to provide sturdy and level surfaces, catering to various spaces, from homes to commercial areas. The choice of materials for floors depends on factors like function, climate, and design, all with a focus on ensuring safety and durability in construction.
Dry Lining
Drylining is a construction technique where plasterboard or gypsum board is installed on interior frames to create smooth walls and ceilings efficiently. It's faster and cost-effective, reduces drying times, and allows for easy integration of insulation and soundproofing. This method has become standard in construction, providing quality finishes and enhancing energy efficiency and acoustics in interior spaces.
